Mr. Paolucci has extensive commodity & engineering resin experience (PP, PE, PS, SAN/ABS, PET, PMMA, PC, etc.), and in-depth Value Chain Knowledge.

BRIAN GORDON
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

As President and Chief Executive Officer, Brian Gordon, Esq. brings over 20 years of experience as a C-level executive from multi-national VC & PE organizations, specializing in treasury and corporate planning for large, public corporations such as Merck & Co., Inc. and IBM. Mr. Gordon is a JD, a MBA as well as a licensed California attorney, leading Verde with a proven track record of achieving billion-dollar value creation, successful M&A turnarounds, joint ventures, licensing, and capital raising transactions. At Verde, Mr. Gordon oversees all corporate operations.

GARY METZGER
Chief Sustainability Officer

Former President of Amco International, Inc. and leading Sustainability authority, with 40+ years of expertise in Product Development, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Research and Development, and Operations within the recycled polymers and biopolymers industry, Mr. Metzger spearheaded research and development for recycled polymers, new allow and bio-based polymer development, and introduced fragrance into polymer applications.

Christopher Rankin, Ph.D
DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Christopher Rankin joins Verde with a strong background in materials science, specializing in innovative research into the synthesis, processing and advancement of polymer products. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in materials science and engineering in 2007, where he worked to elucidate the complex surface photochemistry of ferroelectric polymer and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). His subsequent work in the aerospace industry at Northrop Grumman and GKN Aerospace concentrated on the development of novel functional coatings and materials for diverse applications. Through this work, he was awarded several patents related to water-repellant and abrasion-resistant coatings.

Yvonne Soulliere
DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING AND PRODUCTION

Yvonne Soulliere joins Verde with over 3 years of experience in full-cycle product engineering, specializing in recyclable, mono-material packaging. Yvonne has cultivated extensive experience in the cosmetics and personal care industries, focusing on conceptual & tech design, model engineering, tooling development and quality control for mass manufacturing of turnkey and stock innovation products. At Verde, Yvonne oversees design & engineering for innovative, owned products.

Terry Retin is a visionary business development professional with over 15 years of leadership in global partnerships strategy, championing unparalleled revenue growth for major corporations within the tech and entertainment space. Terry plays a critical role in shaping strategies for all customer engagement, conversion and retention programs at Verde, leveraging competitive market data and a robust network of industry partners to drive continued growth.

KHALED ALMAJED
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AND LOGISTICS

Khaled joins Verde as the Global Logistics Manager, overseeing warehouse and logistics operations as well as its R&D facility expansion. Armed with over 19 years of experience in global supply chain management, Khaled specialized in business planning as well as operational strategy, successfully leading the sales and operating teams in managing international material distribution. Prior to his journey into green materials science, Khaled was a marine terminal operation leader, spearheading its $250M expansion project.
